Bill Fiasco and Kit McVay Obtain Defense Verdict in Tulsa County

A Tulsa County jury returned a unanimous defense verdict on April 13, 2023, in favor of a general surgeon and his clinic, represented by Bill Fiasco and Kit McVay, in a wrongful death action. Plaintiff alleged her husband died due to the negligence of the surgeon and local hospital after complications arose following an outpatient procedure. After a four-day trial, the jury found no liability against the surgeon, his clinic, or the hospital where the surgery was performed.
