On December 15, 2022, Bill Fiasco and Kit McVay obtained a defense verdict in Tulsa County District Court on behalf of a Tulsa urologist accused of medical negligence. After four days of trial, the jury returned the verdict on behalf of the doctor and the clinic with which he was employed.
