Bill Fiasco and Kit McVay Win Defense Verdict in Washington County Jury Trial

Partner Kit McVay and of counsel Bill Fiasco recently represented a physician assistant and a medical clinic in a lawsuit involving alleged assault, battery, and negligence. Plaintiff alleged the PA touched her without consent in an inappropriate manner and that the clinic was negligent for failing to train and supervise the PA. Bill and Kit submitted evidence contradicting Plaintiff’s claims and proving the alleged misconduct could not have happened as Plaintiff alleged. The Washington County jury deliberated just over 20 minutes before reaching a unanimous verdict in favor of both Defendants.
